Fifth Automatic Line for Hampshire Cosmetics - 26/03/2001

Universal Filling Machines have recently installed a fifth automatic filling machine at Hampshire Cosmetics.

This latest machine was required for filling Shampoos Conditioners and other Personal Care products. Hampshire Cosmetics are one of the United Kingdoms leading sub contract manufacturers and packers in Cosmetics whose clientele includes many major high street retailers and world wide brand names. Hampshire Cosmetics relationship with Universal has lasted and grown over the last twenty years.

The filling machine installed was a PosimaticMk.3 VH, six head volumetric filling machine capable of filling 300ml shampoo bottles at 60 - 70 containers per minute. The machine was supplied with the addition of a vacuum filling control system that will enable vacuum level filling of oils and fragrances on the same line.
