First Posimatic VH sold into Syria - 13/02/2002

The Company has just supplied its first Posimatic VH filling system into Syria, via their agent Roger Sidawi. The line designed to run at 75 b.p.m. on 250ml shampoo & conditioner bottles was also the first 8 headed version of VH the company has manufactured.

The line also incorporated a press on capping unit, rotary collecting table and a custom designed bottle checking unit. Due to the inconsistence quality of the bottles, the customer wished to detect the bottle necks were free from moulding blockages. Universal designed an optical neck sensing system which rejects any faulty containers prior to entering the filling area.
