We manufacture our own filling and capping
equipment - all to the very highest quality - ensuring you of superb
accuracy, repeatability, reliability and longevity (many of our
machines are still in service after more than 20 years of use).
Filling: Our filling
equipment can be used to fill a very wide range of products, from
free flowing liquids (e.g. juices and solvents) to semi-liquids
(e.g. creams and gels) and products containing particulates (e.g.
soups and pickles). We can fill containers as small as 5ml and
up to 10 litres, to accuracies of +/- 0.25% and at speeds of up
to 120 bottles per minute.
Capping: We produce both semi-automatic
and fully automatic-capping machines for caps from 2mm - 145mm
in diameter, for speeds up to 40 containers per minute. For High
speed capping up to 160 containers per minute we supply and install
OEM equipment from other world leading manufacturers, always ensuring
you of the perfect solution.
