Fully automatic filling
Fully automated systems are for high speed applications and include conveyors and electro/pneumatic PLC controls.

Suitable for almost any liquid including viscous liquids containing particles such as foods.
5ml – 10 litre fill range
Outputs range from 20 - 120 bottles per minute (1200-7200/hour).
Voluvac
Combining the benefits of both Volumetric & Vacuum Level filling on one machine. Fully automatic system up to 12 heads. Speeds up to 100 containers/minute.


Posivac
For filling rigid containers to pre-set levels. Fully automatic machine up to 12 heads. Filling speeds up to 150 containers/minute.


Posimatic EV-5000
For liquids and semi-liquids. Fully automatic system up to 8 heads, for filling volumes between 250ml – 5,500ml. Speeds up to 45 containers/minute


Posimatic EV-1000
For liquids and semi-liquids. Fully automatic system up to 12 heads, for filling volumes between 5ml – 1,300ml. Speeds up to 150 containers/minute
