UFMC Hand Capper
Versatile and mobile pneumatically operated cap tightening unit. Typically for speeds up to 10 caps per minute. Suitable only for pre-threaded screw caps.


Swanmatic
Bench mounted, semi-automatic screw cap tightening unit.Typically for speeds up to 15 caps per minute. Suitable only for pre-threaded screw caps.


Posicap
In-line, automatic cap tightening unit. Capping speeds up to 40 caps per minute. Bowl feed units also available for automatic cap placement. Suitable only for pre-threaded screw, ROPP and crimped caps.


Posipress
In-line, automatic cap/plug pressing unit. For speeds up to 60 caps per minute.


Beltorque ™
High speed in-line belt cap tightening system, with optional automatic cap placement. For speeds up to 300 caps perminute.


High Speed Cappers
Where other Universal capping equipment is not suitable for a particular requirement, Universal, working closely, with our OEM suppliers, can supply/recommend multi-head Rotary systems, including automatic cap placement. For speeds typically up to 180 caps per minute.
